During my 25 years in the yachting industry I found getting to the yachting “capitals” and hands on job hunting to be the best. Of all the crew agencies I registered with I seldom got any good leads. I found meeting yachties socially led to the best jobs. It’s a competitive business but determination rules!! More certificated and qualifications are required these days. STCW 95 is mandatory. Then work on MCA coures.

I have been looking for seasonal work on yachts for a few days now, I’m unable to find a recruiting site. DO you have any advice on how to apply? I qualify in June as a Beauty Therapist and was in contact with a girl who did this line of work, unfortunately I have lost contact with her. Thanks
